The magnificent Main Hall is large enough to hold all kinds of conferences, meetings and exhibitions, supported by production companies who can provide state-of-the-art audio visual systems. There are 700 square metres of exhibition space throughout the hall. Using the versatility of the space , Gibson Hall is able to provide a solution for most events.
The Garden Room can be used as a reception area before proceeding into the Main Hall, but it is also a versatile space in its own right. Guests can arrive at the venue, use the cloakroom facilities and the Garden Room without seeing the Main Hall, giving the opportunity of a big unveiling for the main event.
The Garden Room overlooks the secluded courtyard garden which is one of the Hall’s most popular features for summer entertaining, and a rarity in this part of the City. The garden can be used for teambuilding, receptions, barbecues and pre lunch or dinner drinks and is a haven in the bustle of the City.

Gibson Hall, located in the heart of the City of London has an impeccable reputation as one of the finest banqueting and conference venues in London. This was recently recognised as a winner of the Corporate Hospitality and Events Association's Award of Venue of the Year.
The Hall was completed in 1865 and was designed by architect John Gibson for the National Provincial Bank of England. Gibson Hall was the greatest of the City's banking halls and portrays the classical Victorian elegance prevalent at the time.
The venue now incorporates many of the facilities required for modern event management and the flexibility of the hall and smaller break out rooms allows clients the freedom to create truly memorable occasions.
With its Corinthian marble columns and crystal chandeliers, the Main Hall provides a glittering backdrop for receptions. Tradition is mixed with a modern environment whilst retaining a uniquely warm and inviting ambience.
