The Fine Art Society is London's oldest purpose built art gallery based in the heart of Mayfair. The intimate and beautifully designed galleries make a striking alternative to London's traditional venues.
The Fine Art Society is perfect for sumptuous standing receptions as well as more intimate dinners
Since the gallery was built in 1876, the facade has remained unchanged and listed. FAS continues to exhibit major British artists from the 19th century to contemporary. We have 2 floors available for hire: The opulent ground floor and the contemporary lower ground floor. Our exhibitions change regularly throughout the year.

The Ground Floor
With access direct from New Bond Street, the ground floor is an overwhelming space for your reception or dinner. This space exhibits work from primarily British artists from the 19th and 20th century
The Lower Ground Floor
This is the contemporary space established in 2005. It was introduced to add a new progressive dimension to the already prestigious and established history of FAS whilst retaining independent programming.
The Fine Art Society is the Perfect location and space for cocktail receptions, intimate dinners and large celebrations. Events can run after 11.00pm but additional charges may apply.
