Venue Reservations Terms of Business

Venue Reservations, part of the Crown Group, provide a complimentary and highly comprehensive venue finding service

Venue Reservations is a free and effective venue finding service liaising between you, the venue and caterer to provide a seamless and successful customised event.

Our services are totally complementary to all involved as long as you use one of our catering companies (Seasoned Events, Kudos, Kudos Delivered or At Home Catering) at your event.

All of our catering companies are experienced throughout the venues listed, specialising in innovative menu design and bespoke catering packages. In addition our on-site relationships and local knowledge allow us to offer you the perfect solution to all of your event planning needs.

Please note, our aim and focus is to provide our catering services, should your event confirm at one of our suggested venues and you do not use one of our catering companies (Seasoned Events, Kudos, Kudos Delivered or At Home Catering), then a venue finding fee will be chargeable to yourself to the value of 10% of the proposed food and beverage costs. 

Once the contract has been signed your event will be handed over to your event organiser who will be in contact with you directly.

Invoices will be issued direct from the caterer and venue and not through Venue Reservations. Please read through the Terms and Conditions for the venue and the catering company.

Agents will need to be approved by Crown Group before the event is confirmed to gain their commission. Please ask your contact at Venue Reservations to send you a copy of the form.
