Description:

Salters’ Hall was the creation of architect Sir Basil Spence, with the interior design from David Hicks. The origin of the Salters’ company lies within the salt trade in Medieval London and obtained their first license in 1394 from Richard II. Salters Hall was opened in 1976 and is ranked ninth out of the last twelve livery companies of the City of London. It is now residing in its sixth residence of the Salters Company.
