| Seasoned Events Once again host Banqueting House annual Dinner |
With the Beautiful Back drop of the Banqueting House in Whitehall, Seasoned Events once again had the pleasure of providing high quality catering for the Royal Historical Palaces annual formal dinner. Guests arrived in their best tuxedos and gowns in anticipation of a regal evening in the historic and opulent surroundings. Seasoned Events did not disappoint.
The Venue was dressed elegantly but with a twist of pink highlighting its fantastic features, showing the potential of this beautiful events space that can hold Dinners for 150- 380 guests.
Seasoned Events provided an exceptional canapé reception with such delights as mini Steak Tartar and Tempura Parma Ham.
The Guests then sat down to a sumptuous menu of Yellow Beetroot Bavarois, Confit Duck Rillette, Black Sesame Seed Tuille to start, followed by a Seared Cutlet Of Gower Peninsular Lamb Cauliflower and Poppy Seed Cheesecake, complimented by Beetroot Carrots in a White Burgundy Reduction. To complete this superb menu the dessert of Chilli Poached Pineapple with Blossom Honey Mascarpone, White Chocolate Ice Cream and Chocolate Crackling was an absolute treat.
As the dinner finished the entertainment began, a medley of West End musical tributes got everyone in an excellent mood for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.

| Stationers Hall re-landscaped Summer Garden is ready for the sunshine |

The beautiful Stationers Hall, which has just been announced as one of the top 10 corporate venues in London by the Financial Times, have now refurbished their Courtyard Garden. To celebrate this Seasoned Events have created some perfect summer catering packages to wow your clients and enjoy with the glorious English weather which we will now be enjoying.
The Martini Mash
 Combine your sophisticated Soirée with the best from the grill. A large Martini glass can be filled with a choice of seasoned mash such as creamed truffle and braised leek and tarragon then from the BBQ choose from toppings that include Soy Blue beef, chilli and garlic prawns and smoked tofu with lemon balm.
