Futures & Options association dinner at Guidhall/Mansion House 22nd November 2007
Due to a failure of the power supply at Guildhall and with only 2˝ hours notice, Seasoned Events saved the day with their teams monumental effort in successfully transferring this event to Mansion House.
Working in conjunction with the Guildhall team in trying to find alternative venues. Seasoned offered Vinopolis and Gibson Hall, both of which had availability, however Mansion House was confirmed as the venue for the banquet at circa 1600 with guests expected arrival at circa 1800.
Having considered the risk to its business and how this could be minimised thanks to the additional management resource it could draw on, Seasoned confirmed that it would be willing to cater and duly serviced the event.
Executed with precision timing, the operational details make breathtaking reading and would make any Military leader proud!
The Managing Director of Seasoned Events, Hugo Miller-Brown said;
“it is testament to the consummate professionalism of the team that we were able to facilitate this move at such short notice. Catering at Mansion House is a privilege and next time we undertake a function there we hope we will have a little more time to plan it all! I am incredibly proud of everyone’s efforts including front of house, kitchen, warehouse and customer services. Special thanks also go to Marcos at Goldsmiths, Terry from Vinopolis, Alison from Painters, and all the other managers and staff who dropped everything to make sure the event happened”
