Missing Ingredients (MI) has its Investors In People (IIP) assessment coming up, which is due to take place from the 11th to the 13th October.
IIP has changed from last year in that there are now only 10 assessment areas, as opposed to the usual 12.“It is now much more specific and leaves the job of getting accredited much more challenging,” explains Crispin Hills at IIP. “ It has much more of a focus, a clear purpose. There is more emphasis on describing and explaining the company's vision, mission and values”.
“We see IIP as a fantastic business tool to shape how we go into 2006 and beyond, ”comments MI's Managing Director, Sean Valentine. “We are working very hard and are very focused on IIP and we all believe that it's something we definitely need to do.”
